Thank you for entering Snowsport South Summer Series Race 1 on Saturday at Snowtrax.
Entries have now closed, and the start list we be drawn shortly. You will then be able to find your bib no. on Ski Results.
Live timing will be available via http://www.skiresults.co.uk www.skiresults.co.uk and in addition we may be streaming the racing via Facebook live. Please let the race office know if you do not wish to be filmed.
The provisional timetable for the day is:
08.15 Centre opens
08.30 Bibs available from Race Office at the Bottom of slope. (see note below)
08.30 � 9.00 Open Practice U8, U10 & U12 Racers (Ensure Bibs are worn at all times) (max 3 Runs each)
09.00 � 09.30 Open Practice U14 + Racers (Ensure Bibs are worn at all times) (max 3 Runs each)
09.40 – 11.45 Individual Timed Runs
11.45 � 12.30 Lunch
12.30 � 14.00 Head to Heads
14.15 � 15.45 Club/Fun Team Races
16.00 Prize Giving.
Bibs will be available for individuals to collect, at collection please notify whether you will be competing in the fun teams, club teams or neither.
A racer can only enter Club/Fun Teams, not both.
The Centre will be have a Snowsport South Menu running in the bar all day offering a variety of food & refreshments.
Competitors are reminded that:
- Helmets must fit properly with no camera mounts
- Long Sleeves to be worn
- Gloves need to be worn whilst racing.
- Racers are reminded to be respectful to all officials and fellow competitors.
- Bibs to be returned at the end of the day (unreturned bibs will be charge at �25)

Travel News � Major Roadworks in Ringwood.
Those of you travelling from the east of the country, there are major roadworks on the westbound carriageway of the A31 which has a contraflow in place and has shut the exit slip to Hurn Road.
There is a diversion route in place, alternatively if you follow signs for Poole and turn left at 2nd Roundabout sign posted Boundary Lane, at the end of this turn right on to Hurn Road and Snowtrax will be on your left after approx. 1 mile.

HOWEVER THIS REQUIRES ALL WHO ATTEND TO BE COMPLIANT AND FOLLOW NATIONAL, LOCAL AND RACE GUIDELINES

Race and Site-Specific Information
Should the event be cancelled due to changes in Government and SE rules, entry fees will be refunded, or held over for a future Snowsport South race entry.
Food & Drink: The bar and restaurant will be open all day and beyond the event serving a full range of meals. Please allow plenty of time for food as we have experienced delays in previous years. There will be a Bar menu available all day serving Bacon & Sausage Baps and Burgers and Hotdogs, etc. The bar will be open but we remind you that you may not consume alcohol if you are competing or officiating.
Access: Please note ambulance / vehicle access is needed from the car park all the way around to the bottom of the slope, therefore no gazebos / shelters are to be erected in this area, especially in front of the sheds. The space near the park hut is open for use and all cars to be parked in the lower car park. There will be a car park attendant on hand to direct you to the bottom car park � please follow the instructions given by the attendants.
