The next Snowsport South race is at Snowtrax (postcode BH23 6AW) on Saturday 27 September. Entries are now closed. The start list can be found here and start list by club here. The provisional timetable for the day is:
8:00 Slope open and Bibs available to clubs
8:30 – 9:30 Open Practice
9:45 Individual Timed Runs
12:30 Individual Head-to-Heads
15:00 Fun Team Races
16:00 Day Prize-giving
17:00 onwards End of Year Party – to include presentation of end of season prizes and an interclub quiz (teams of 5).
Entries for the fun team races will be taken on the day (even if you have ticked the box online, you will need to come to the race hut to confirm your entry). Entries will be taken up to the start of the head to head races. There is no additional entry fee for this – we are just keen to ensure that those entered for the fun team races are committed to racing in them. It is very difficult to readjust the teams if someone who has said they are staying then goes home.
There will be a BBQ all day and early evening after which the quick, reduced price menu from the bar will be available.
(Please note we will be rectifying the gold medal shortage we had at Southampton for both individual racers and the fun team racers.)
