Thank you for entering Snowsport South Summer Series Race 5 on Saturday at Snowtrax.

 

Entries are now closed, and the start list has now been drawn.  You will be able to find your bib no. on Ski Results.

 

Live Timing will available via www.skiresults.com and in addition we may be streaming the racing via Facebook live.  Please let the race office know if you do not wish to be filmed.

 

The provisional timetable for the day is:

 

08.00                                  Centre Opens

 

08.15                                  Bibs available from Race Office at the bottom slope.

 

08.30 -09.00                                   Open Practice U8, U10 &U12 Racers (Ensure Bibs are always worn) max. 3 runs each)

 

09.00 – 09.30                                 Open Practice U14 + Racers (Ensure Bibs are always worn) (max. 3 Runs each)

 

09.40 – 12.10                               Individual Timed Runs

 

12.10 – 13.00                               Lunch

 

13.00 – 15.00                               Head to Heads

 

15.00 – 15.45                               Fun Team Races (Club Teams time permitting)

 

16.00                                  Prize Giving

 

Bibs will be available for individuals to collect, at collection please notify whether you will be competing in the fun teams, club teams or neither.

 

A racer can only enter Club/Fun Teams, not both.

 

The Centre will be serving food and drinks all day.

 

Competitors are reminded that:

 

  1. Helmets must fit properly with no camera mounts
  2. Long Sleeves to be worn
  3. Gloves need to be worn whilst racing.
  4. Racers are reminded to be respectful to all officials and fellow competitors.
  5. No waxing on the basketball courts only designated areas.
  6. No competitor/official may consumer alcohol due the race day, this may result in disqualification.

 

Special Note:

The Bournemouth Air Show is on this weekend. Whilst the flying doesn’t start until later in the day, there may be more traffic compared to normal – particularly around the airport.
