Dear Snowsport England Affiliated Clubs
The Snowsport England AGM is on the 17th September 2016 at the UK Snowsport Coaching Conference in Chill Factore at 4.30 pm. I would like to ask for your help in promoting it to your members. Following the article change in 2014 all members (18+) of SSE affiliated clubs get a vote and we want to make sure all members are aware of this. If you could promote the AGM on your website and through your communication channels this would be appreciated especially if you haven’t provided your club members contacts yet to SSE. There is a mechanism for members to sign up so they can get their vote.

We would really love for as many members to attend the AGM as possible, and all members are welcome to join the UK Snowsports Coaching Awards dinner (£30 fee) which is taking place after the AGM and be able to discuss any further SSE matters with Directors. If any of your members are planning to attend please ask them to contact claire@snowsportengland.org.uk in the office and confirm if they will attend the dinner or not. If any of your members are unable to attend but want to vote then please ask them to complete the
proxy form and return it to the office.
