As publicised in the spring, Snowsport South is keen to support its members to grow and improve snow sports at both club and regional level. To that end, a limited budget has been set aside to assist individuals take their first steps onto the coaching/instructing ladder. Individuals wishing to attend SSE UKCP level 1 instructor and coaching courses may apply for financial support as part of this. To be eligible, those applying should fulfil the following criteria:
- Be active at club level within the region.

Have competed in a total of at least 8 summer series races over this and the preceding 3 seasons.

Be fully supported by their club to become a member of the club\\’s coaching team.
The final decision will be made by the regional executive committee. Support of up to 50% of the course fee (to a maximum of £200) may be awarded. Individuals may only apply for support for one course per annum.
