The last race of the summer season takes place at Snowtrax next Saturday 26 September. Entries are now closed. The start list can be viewed here and start list by club here. The provisional timetable for the day is:
8:00 Slope open and Bibs available to clubs
8:30 – 9:30 Open Practice
9:30 Individual Timed Runs
12:30 Individual Head-to-Heads
15:00 Fun Team Races
16:00 Day Prize-giving
17:00 onwards End of Year Party – to include presentation of end of season prizes and an interclub quiz (teams of 5).
Parking: Please note ambulance/vehicle access is needed from the car park all the way around to the bottom of the slope, therefore no gazebos/shelters are to be erected in this area, especially in front of the sheds. The space near the Park hut is open for use and all cars are to be parked in the lower car park. There will be a car park attendant on hand to help park cars correctly.
Entries for the fun team races will be taken on the day via your club rep (even if you have ticked the box online, you will need to confirm your entry via your club rep). Entries will be taken up to the start of the head to head races. There is no additional entry fee for this – we are just keen to ensure that those entered for the fun team races are committed to racing in them. It is very difficult to adjust the teams if someone who has said they are staying then goes home.
There will be a BBQ all day and early evening after which the quick, reduced price menu from the bar will be available.
