The provisional timetable for the day is:
7:45 Centre Opens
8:00 Bibs available to club representatives
8:30 – 9:15 Open Practice (or earlier if the course is ready)
9:30 Individual Timed Runs Start
~12:30 Individual Head-to-Heads
~14:30 Fun Teams
16:00 Prizegiving
Entries for the fun team races will be taken on the day (even if you have ticked the box online, you will need to confirm your entry). Entries will be taken from club reps up to the start of the head to head races. There is no additional entry fee for this – we are just keen to ensure that those entered for the fun team races are committed to racing in them. It is very difficult to adjust the teams if someone who has said they are staying then goes home.
Unfortunately, there will be no catering at Bowles on Sunday so bring a picnic! (Tap water will be available for refilling drinks bottles.) No BBQs or open fires are allowed.
Please only use hot wax off the side of the basketball pitch as it leaves the pitch very slippery for kids playing sports. Lubricants are allowed on the slope – but please no black graphite as it leaves the matting in a mess. SkiBartlett will be there if you need anything.
