8:30 – 9:15 Open Practice (through Stubbie Course)
9:30 Individual Timed Runs Start
12:30 Individual Head-to-Heads
14:30 Fun Team races
16:00 Prizegiving
Entries for the fun team races will be taken on the day (even if you have ticked the box online, you will need to come to the race hut to confirm your entry). Entries will be taken up to the start of the head to head races. There is no additional entry fee for this – we are just keen to ensure that those entered for the fun team races are committed to racing in them. It is very difficult to readjust the teams if someone who has said they are staying then goes home.
Directions to the slope
The Alpine Centre is about two and half miles north of the city centre. It is part of a major sports complex, so follow signs for the SPORTS CENTRE.
All vehicles can be left in the main Sports Centre car parks and the Alpine Centre can be approached on foot, but please allow 10-15 minutes.
Alternatively, there is a small council car park (not under the control of the Alpine Centre) located above the slope which is accessed from Winchester Road via Vermont Close.
