The Ski Cross event which was cancelled in September (due to a broken lift at Bracknell) will be held on Saturday the 4 March. Unfortunately, we were informed this week that the John Nike Slope at Bracknell can no longer honour our booking. Therefore the event has been moved to Snowtrax. We are planning to arrange a Snowsport South Regional Training day at Southampton on Sunday 15th January (9am to Midday). We have been in discussions with the Downhill Only Race Academy (DHO) which is one of the oldest alpine skiing clubs in the world under Head Coach Emily Evans. A level 2 officials course is being held at Loughborough over the second weekend of November. This is open to anyone who has done a level 1 course and is interested in helping to run races – either for the summer artificial slope season or on snow. Details can be found here.
